Olentangy Liberty High School is a public comprehensive secondary school located in Powell, Ohio. The school was established in 2003 and is the second of three high schools in the Olentangy Local School District. OLHS was rated "Excellent" on the 2005/2006 State report card.* In 2007, the school was ranked as the 343rd best high school in the U.S. by Newsweek. [2]

Olentangy Liberty's In the Know team is one of the best in central Ohio. Coached by art teacher, Beth Lucek, the In the Know team competes in a variety of events including WOSU's In the Know TV broadcast tournament. The WOSU team for 2010-2011 includes seniors and team captains Max Dunbar, Ryan Menges, Jay Shah, and Grace Pyo.
Olentangy Liberty has an outstanding wrestling team. Head coach Mark Marinelli, aka "The Don", is a Central District Wrestling Coaches Association Division 2 coach of year in 2000, 2003, 2004 and 2007. As a competitor, he was a Ohio High School State Wrestling Champion, 3x place winner at Columbus Saint Francis DeSales High School [SFDHS] for the Stallions and a 2x NCAA All-American as a Buckeye at The Ohio State University [OSU]. He was also named in the 100 best Ohio wrestlers of the 20th century.
Olentangy Liberty's boys cross country team is becomming one of the best programs in the state of Ohio. Head coach Jared Mills has taken the program to a new level since becomming head coach in 2007. Currently the boy's team is in the top 10 in the state and has many top individual runners. Look for the team this postseason as they try to capture the first state title in school history.
Olentangy Liberty has an active music and theater program, featuring a marching band, jazz band, multiple choirs, and orchestra; the music program also features two pop and show choirs: Sounds of Liberty, a mixed ensemble, and Liberty Belles, an all-female ensemble.
Olentangy Liberty boasts a variety of Advanced Placement courses in many different subjects. These are offered to sophomores, juniors, and seniors and Liberty students have consistently scored high enough on the AP Exams to receive college course credit. In 2010, Olentangy Liberty boasted two National Merit Semifinalists.
